MEET THE TEAM



Andrew Pears: Director Andrew started in the business with The Michael Emmitt Organisation straight from school in 1984. Six years later he moved to a prominent corporate estate agency where he stayed for 20 years, 13 of which were spent as manager. He joined Sharman Burgess in 2011 as a Director and went on to acquire the business in 2013. Andrew is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds the College of Estate Management’s Certificate in Residential Estate Agency. He was honoured with the NAEA’s Award of Merit in 2009 for services to the Association. Andrew is based in our Boston office and is dedicated to looking after all of our sales progression. With over 32 years of experience in estate agency, your property could not be in safer hands.


Christian Clarke: Director
Christian has over 10 years’ experience in estate agency. Soon after leaving Boston Grammar school he started his career with a local independent agent before moving to one of the UK’s leading corporate estate agents where he proved to be a top performing sales negotiator for not only Boston but the East Midlands Region. He started working for Sharman Burgess at the beginning of 2013, and became a director in 2016. Christian is also an accomplished residential valuer and holds the ARLA Level 3 technical award in residential letting and property management.


Chris West: Assistant Manager
Chris joined the Company in January 2001 and is responsible for the smooth running of the office. He spear-heads the residential sales team and is heavily involved in sales negotiation. He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, holds the NAEA level 3 technical award and has an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency. Chris studied at Boston Grammar School and is the longest serving member of staff at Sharman Burgess having worked for the company for over 15 years.


Scott Harmon: Senior Negotiator
Prior to joining our team in 2004, Scott worked for a local housing association where he gained valuable knowledge of the property market. He is an extremely experienced negotiator who has been personally responsible for the successful negotiation of many local property sales. He is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds NAEA Level 3 Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property.


Craig Holderness: Senior Valuer
Craig joined our team having worked for one of the UK’s leading corporate estate agents for over 15 years where he proved to be one of the top performing valuers in the county. He is one of the most experienced residential valuers in Lincolnshire. Craig is responsible for the majority of our valuations, and can offer expert advice about the local property market.


Melanie Boyden: Administrator
Mel joined the team in 2014 and is responsible for all administration from the production of sales particulars to dealing with advertising and media. Melanie is a local girl with many years experience in the office administration field having formerly worked at the Boston Grammar School for 18 years.
