Sharman Burgess are independent, locally owned Estate Agents who were established in 1996.  Peter Sharman FNAEA is now the sole Director, ably assisted by Senior Valuer, Jeremy Eyeons MRICS.  Chris West, Scott Robinson and Sarah Paddock, who are all Members of the National Association of Estate Agents, complete the highly experienced team.  Between them they have over 100 years experience in Estate Agency in the Boston area.
 
The Company bases its service on a no nonsense, no gimmicks, honest approach to Estate Agency and concentrates on giving a personal, professional service.
 
Even in the present difficult market conditions, Sharman Burgess are still achieving sales in the quickest possible time at the best possible price.  We are confident that we provide our customers with the highest standard of service at a competitive fee rate.
 
A large proportion of our business is from repeat clients and recommendations from local Solicitors.
