Referral Fees:
Sharman Burgess are an appointed representative (Introduction only) to TNS Financial Services Limited, an appointed representative of Openwork Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you choose to instruct TNS Financial Services as a result of a referral from us, we may receive a fee equivalent to 15% of the case value, subject to a minimum of £150 upon completion.
If you require us to recommend a solicitor to handle your transaction, we can refer you to one of several local companies. Should you choose to instruct the solicitors following referral from us, we may receive a fee of £100 upon completion.
GDPR - How we might use your personal information
