Andrew started in the business with The Michael Emmitt Organisation straight from school in 1984. Six years later he moved to a prominent corporate estate agency where he stayed for 20 years, 13 of which were spent as manager. He joined Sharman Burgess in 2011 as a Director and went on to acquire the business in 2013. Andrew is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds the College of Estate Management’s Certificate in Residential Estate Agency. He was honoured with the NAEA’s Award of Merit in 2009 for services to the Association.
